Notice of Business Alliance Agreement between MARUKA FURUSATO Group Company and ARUM Inc.

MARUKA FURUSATO Corporation(MFC; President: Ryohei Furusato) has donated 2 million yen to the Japanese Red Cross Society to provide emergency assistance to the victims of the earthquake that struck southern Turkey on February 16. We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the victims and to those who passed away in this earthquake. We would also like to express our deepest sympathies to those who have been affected by the earthquake and we sincerely wish a quick recovery of the affected areas.

MARUKA FURUSATO Corporation decided the appointments and the change of covering area of Executive Officers effective January 1, 2023, at the meeting of Board of Directors held today.
