MARUKA FURUSATO Corporation previously decided on the basic policy concerning the management integration to be carried out through a merger of wholly owned subsidiaries, Maruka Corporation, and G-NET CORPORATION, aiming for January 2026 as announced in “Notice of basic policy decision the Management Integration of Consolidated Subsidiaries” dated December 16, 2024. Now, in accordance with the aforementioned basic policy, the Company announces that it has decided on the new company name, headquarters location and executive appointments of the company to be newly established.
